Is it free to join?
Yes. Sign up, create a profile and look around without paying. Upgrade to VIP or VIP Plus when you want everything.
Do plans renew automatically?
Plans from one week to six months renew automatically at the same price when the period ends, until you cancel. Twelve-month plans in US dollars and UK pounds are a single payment and do not renew. Introductory offers, when there are any, renew at the standard price.
How do I cancel?
Contact Support or use the chat bot and you’ll be emailed a link to the cancellation process. You keep your benefits until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Full details on billing & cancelling.
Can I get a refund?
Generally no: payments are final and part-used periods aren’t refunded, unless your local law says otherwise. Some US states give you three business days to cancel; see billing & cancelling for the specifics.
What will I see on my card statement?
A discreet name. Sub Dom Finder billing is designed to stay private.
I’m not in the US or the UK. What will I pay?
You’ll see prices in your local currency at checkout, including Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars and euros.
