Billing & cancelling
Billing, Renewals and How to Cancel
No small print surprises. How Sub Dom Finder charges you, what renews, how to cancel, and what the refund rules are where you live, straight from our Terms.
How billing works
Renewals
Some plans renew automatically. When your current period ends, you’re charged again at the same rate, using the same payment method, until you cancel.
On the plans shown on our pricing page, one-week to six-month memberships renew; twelve-month memberships in US dollars and UK pounds are a single payment. If you ever take a discounted introductory offer, it renews at the standard, non-discounted price unless you cancel before the first period ends.
Privacy
Discreet billing
Payments appear under a discreet name on your card statement. If you paid through a third-party payment provider, billing questions go to that provider, under their terms.
Cancelling
How to cancel your membership
Ask to cancel
Contact our Support team, or ask the chat bot inside the site.
Follow the link we email you
You’ll receive an email with a link to the membership cancellation process. Complete it and auto-renewal stops.
Keep what you paid for
Your subscriber benefits carry on until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then stop.
Cancelling is not deleting. After you cancel, you remain a free member and your profile stays visible to other users. To remove your profile and data, follow the instructions on your Membership page.
Refunds
The refund rules, plainly
Generally, all purchases are final and non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partly used periods, except where the law where you live provides for a refund. Any refund that is given is subject to an administration charge.
US: three-day right to cancel
If you live in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island and Wisconsin (or Israel), you may cancel without penalty before midnight of the third business day after you subscribed. Our Terms also cover refunds in the event of death or disability.
UK, EU, EEA & Switzerland
Membership is an instant-access digital product, so the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. You can still cancel auto-renewal at any time.
Paid through a third party?
If you paid through a third-party payment provider, their terms apply, and payment or billing issues go to them directly.
This page summarises sections 2, 4 and 23 of our Terms & Conditions. If anything here ever differs from the Terms, the Terms apply.
